Job Description

Patient care:

Emergency/ Wards/ Critical Care

Attending to Ward/ Emergency Calls, Patients in ward.

Documentation of patient clinical record (EMR & Manual) – Admission Notes / Progress Notes & Discharge summary, Medico Legal case/Birth & Death Documentation.

Communicate and interact with patients and their attendants, consultants and hospital staff.

Ensure compliance with Medical standards, protocols and Medical ethics.

Timely and accurate diagnosis in order to fix up the immediate course of action

Advice tests, medicines, for immediate relief and ensuring proper care till referred to the concerned department

Co-ordinate with different department for various tests to be conducted for patients and follow-up for reports etc.

Ensure proper medical & nursing care to patients

Any other job assigned from time to time by the concerned supervisor.

To co-ordinate & contribute with the team for development of newer facilities
