Details of the Vacancies are as below:

Location: Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh).

Position: General Factory Manager

Qualification: Master`s in Food Technology/Science with relevant experience as General Factory Manager in FMCG company.

Experience: Minimum with 4 years as General Factory Manager in FMGC company (all higher consider).

Package: Best in the market.

Note: -

ü  Preference will be given to candidates working in Baddi/Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh).

ü  Age between 45 to 55 years.

ü  Should be from North India.

Accommodation: Without

Job Responsibilities: -

ü  Complete responsibility for the factory operations

ü  Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of department heads and operational managers to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.

ü  Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and operating efficiency, quality, cost control, administration efficiency, legal compliance, inventory control, finished goods distribution, and human resource management.

ü  Responsible for meeting established operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.

ü  Administrative and HR aspect of running/operation of factory.

Critical Factors Required: -                                              

ü  Cross functional knowledge, good knowledge of manufacturing, understand quality, costs, knowledge of employee relations.

ü  Should have administrative experience of managing workforce of over 250 employees.

ü  Should have basic knowledge of HR functions including statutory compliance experience.

ü  Should have experience of Chocolate production.

ü  Should have managed all aspects of manufacture independently.

ü  Revenue and/or operational expense accountability: Manpower costs, factory running costs.
