Details of the Vacancies are as below:

Location: Jalandhar

Position: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA – Human Resource

Experience: 0 to 2 years (higher also consider)

Package: Best in the market

Responsibilities:-

ü  Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

ü  Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

ü  Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

ü  Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

ü  Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

ü  Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

ü  Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

ü  Communicate with public services when necessary

ü  Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

ü  Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

ü  Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

ü  Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Requirements:-

ü  Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

ü  PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

ü  Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS

ü  Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases

ü  Basic knowledge of labor laws

ü  Excellent organizational skills

ü  Strong communications skills

ü  BS degree in Human Resources or related field
